IE Real Estate Advisory LLC ("IE," "we," "us," or "our") is a Texas-based consulting business. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information through ierealestate.co and related business inquiries. Client engagements may involve additional confidentiality and data-handling terms in a separate written agreement.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and message. Please do not include resident information, Social Security numbers, account credentials, or other sensitive information in a website inquiry. If information of that kind is necessary for an engagement, we will arrange an appropriate way to receive it.

Our website and service providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages requested, referring pages, and timestamps to deliver, secure, and operate the site. When permitted by your cookie choices, analytics tools collect information about visits and interactions, such as pages viewed, scrolling, and links clicked.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate and provide requested services; communicate about our work; operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website; understand website use; maintain business records; and meet legal obligations. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. If we introduce newsletter subscriptions, we will explain the signup process and provide an unsubscribe option.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Squarespace to host the website and store website form submissions. Inquiries are also received and stored in Gmail, including email folders or labels, and recorded in our Sales & CRM workbook stored in Google Drive. Within IE, only the business owner accesses these inquiry records. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website use and Cloudflare for website delivery and security. These services may process technical connection information. These providers process information to provide their services, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices. We may disclose information to professional advisers, when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide notices and choices required by applicable law before beginning the new processing.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies support site functionality, security, and saved preferences. Optional analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site. We review inquiry records at least quarterly. During these reviews, we delete inactive, non-client inquiries for which 24 months or more have passed since the last substantive contact, unless continued retention is needed for a legal obligation or dispute. This review covers our inquiry records in Gmail, Squarespace, and our Sales & CRM workbook in Google Drive. Active opportunities and client engagement records are handled separately. You may request deletion at [email protected]. We will assess requests under applicable law and may retain information where needed for legal obligations, disputes, or other permitted purposes. Records relating to client engagements may be subject to separate contractual or legal retention requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to our business; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your requests and choices

You may contact [email protected] to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law covers our business and the information involved, you may have additional rights, including a copy of your information or an appeal of a denied request. We will assess and respond to requests as required by applicable law, may take reasonable steps to verify your identity, and will explain applicable exceptions. To appeal a decision, email the same address with the subject "Privacy appeal." We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children, other websites, and international access

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it. Links to other websites are governed by those websites' policies. We operate in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
